​Fifty years is an amazing milestone!  Join us as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary and Open House Celebration on 10/15/19 from 4:00PM – 6:00PM with a Siouxland Chamber Ribbon Cutting at 4:30PM.  The Open House will be held in our Independent Living Dining Room at 1703 W. 25th St., Sioux City, IA 51103.
