Grilled Sandwich In 3 StepsIngredients:
4 slices sour dough bread 4 slices provolone cheese 4 slices white American cheese 4 slices cheddar cheese 2 T. salted butter 1 lb. shaved ham Directions: Heat a fry pan, to medium, melt butter, add ham, then warm through. Remove ham from butter, add one piece of bread to the pan and butter on each side, add cheese, ham, cheese, ham cheese, then the top piece of bread. Flip the sandwich on both sides when golden brown.

1-2 lbs. roast beef cubed 1/2 c, yellow onion (minced) 1 glove garlic (minced) 1/2 c. salted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. sour cream 2 tsps. fresh parsley flakes 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles Directions: In a large skillet, melt butter, then brown beef, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Pour off drippings, add mushrooms with liquid. Cook for 5 minutes. Add cream soup, then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add sour cream, parsley and cook until heated. 4-5 cups (peeled & sliced) granny smith apples 1 T. granulated sugar 1 tsp, ground cinnamon 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. quick oatmeal 1 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. unsalted butter (cold and sliced) Vanilla ice-cream (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the sliced apples into a 9" x 13" cake pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the top. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oatmeal, Bisquick and butter together, into the mixture crumbles. Sprinkle the mixture over the apples and bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice-cream Ingredients:
1 12 oz. can pumpkin 2 large eggs 3/4 c. granulated sugar 3/4 c. light brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. molasses 1 can condensed milk 1 refrigerated pie crust Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the pie crust and spread over a pie pan. Cream together all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into the pie crust. Place pie on a cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 1 hour or until the center of the pie is done, by testing with a tooth pick. Ingredients:
1 cup of chocolate chips 2 pink lady apples 1/2 cup walnuts 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1/2 cup mini vanilla chips 4 T. peanut butter Directions: Wash and core the apple, slice it with a paring knife down then around the apple core. Spread peanut butter over the apple and add toppings. Serve on a plate Ingredients:
1-2 lbs. of lean hamburger 1 12 oz. can black beans 1 bag frozen corn 1 yellow onion (diced) 1 12 oz. jar of salsa 1 bag of nacho chips or Fritos 1-2 cups of cheddar cheese 1 -2 T. olive oil 1 12 oz. can olives 1 small container sour cream Directions: In a frying pan add olive oil, diced onion and hamburger. Brown the hamburger until it is fully cooked, drain the grease. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a casserole dish combine all ingredients with the hamburger and onions. Add cheese and nacho chips. Bake in a casserole dish for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is melted and chips are toasted. Serve warm with olives and sour cream. Ingredients:
5 Carrots (peeled and sliced) 2 Tablespoons of olive oil salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley Directions: Place carrots on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil the carrots and add salt and pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, then bake for 35 -40 minutes. Serve warm Add fresh parsley |
