Ingredients:
Salt & Pepper to taste 1-2 T. olive oil 2 -3 lb. chuck roast 1 (14.5 oz. ) can of low sodium beef broth 2 T. Worcestershire sauce 3 cloves of garlic (crushed) 1 T. dried parsley 1 T. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1-2 yellow onions (quartered) 3-4 large carrots (peeled and cut into thirds) 2 T. salted butter 3 T. flour 6 golden yellow potatoes Instructions: Season the roast with salt and pepper, In a large skillet add olive oil and place roast into the heated pan, saute on both sides. In a crock pot add carrots, potatoes, roast and the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, then low for an additional 3-4 hours.
