½ cup granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
¾ cup Heavy Cream
¼ cup Vegetable Oil (Or Canola)
1 tsp, Vanilla Extract
16 inches Disposable Decorating Bag (Optional)
3 T. Cream (Or Milk)
1 ½ cups Confectioner's Sugar
add pinch Salt
Pour batter into a plastic ketchup bottle, then pour into doughnut maker. Follow manufacturer directions.
