Triple Berry Torte

What you need to create a Masterpiece

Ingredients:

• 2 c. blueberries
• 2 c. raspberries
• 1 c. blackberries
• 50 vanilla cookies
• 1 pkg. cream cheese
• 1/3 c. unsalted melted butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla 
• 1/4 c. sugar

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
2. Combine crushed cookies with butter, and sugar to form a crust. Pour crust into a 9" spring pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. 
3. In a mixing bowl cream vanilla and cream cheese. After the crust is cooled pour the creamed mixture over the crust. Top with berries and chill in the refrigerator 4 hours.
4. Serve.
